How the kit, personalization, approvals and production work.
Any JULY agent, team or staff member in any division. Create an account with the email you use at the brokerage. Guests can also check out, but accounts get auto-filled designs, saved designs and order tracking.
Every product is a JULY-designed template. Your agent profile (your name, the line under it, phone, email, division and website) fills the template automatically; you can edit any field on the product page and watch the preview update live before you add it to your cart.
Follow your provincial advertising rules and JULY's brand guidelines. Signs carry the JULY footer line and cards carry your division and office address; if your province requires broker review, download the proof from your cart/order page and send it to your managing broker before paying.
Production is shown on each product (typically 2–5 business days) plus shipping. Rush options are available on most signs and cards. Apparel and drinkware are produced in 3–5 business days.
We produce through a Canadian trade printer and pass on its wholesale price with a flat brokerage markup. Prices are shown in CAD; taxes are calculated by province at checkout and shipping is a flat rate (free over the threshold shown in your cart).
Yes. Every category has an 'Upload Your Design' product. Supply print-ready PDF/PNG/JPG at 300 dpi with the bleed noted on the product page. Our team checks every file before production.
Automatically. When you pay, the store renders 300-dpi PDFs from your design, attaches them to the production order and sends it to our print partner. You can download your PDFs from the order page.
Orders are transmitted to production within minutes of payment, so changes are usually not possible. If you just paid, open a support ticket immediately with the order number and we'll try to intercept it.
Account → Orders shows each order's status (paid, in production, shipped) and the tracking number once it ships. You'll also receive email updates.
Gear items are produced by the same partner but placed by the JULY Brand team within one business day of payment (they are not part of the automated feed). Sizes, colours and prices are shown live on each product.
