What we collect, why, and who sees it.
JULY Brand collects the information needed to personalize and fulfil your order: your name, contact details, the design values you enter and the files you upload, plus shipping and billing addresses. Card payments are processed by Helcim for JULY Marketing Inc.; card numbers go straight to Helcim, and we never see or store them.
Design files and order details are shared with our print partner (SinaLite) solely to produce and ship your order. We do not sell personal information. Account data is retained while your account is active; you can request deletion by contacting the JULY Brand team.
